The Construction Industry Occupational Safety PSK 6803 online training provides basic occupational safety information for everyone working on construction sites and industrial production facilities. The online course, which complies with the PSK 6803 standard, is primarily aimed at the construction industry, but is also suitable for the needs of industry and production facilities. The training is certified by DNV.
The training provides a qualification in accordance with the PSK 6803 standard, which ensures a good foundation for the employee's safety expertise. This reduces errors and misunderstandings between different actors in a shared workplace.
The PSK 6803 standard qualification provides the basic skills to work also on large industrial construction sites. The popular construction site occupational safety pre-introduction ePerehdytys has been utilized in the development of the training.
The training has been developed in close collaboration with construction companies, ensuring that the content matches real-world construction site challenges and current operating models.
Education in a nutshell
The new training aims to serve the entire industry comprehensively in terms of occupational safety. The training helps to understand the importance of one's own role in terms of the safety of the common workplace. In addition, the training comprehensively reviews responsibilities, general hazards and key practices for reducing hazards and risks.
The self-paced online training consists of several modules that can be completed flexibly at your own pace. The total duration of the training is approximately 4 hours. The training can be completed on a computer or mobile device. The training is interactive and participatory. Practical perspectives and expert opinions support the adoption of safe practices on the construction site.
Upon successful completion of the training, the employee receives a qualification that is valid for 5 years and can be verified in RATEKO's online store, Vastuu Group's digital services, or the Zeroni access management system.
The training is in Finnish. Language options are also coming soon.
The training will be published in May. The training can be purchased from RATEKO's online store. The price is €75 (+ VAT). Members of the Construction Industry RT union community receive a €5 discount on the training.
