Talonrakennusteollisuus ry's Eastern Finland regional office in Kuopio handles the regional advocacy and member services of the building industry in Eastern Finland.
The Kuopio regional office is also responsible for the activities of the Itä-Suomen piiri ry of Talonrakenkusindustrien Itä-Suomen piiri ry, which is an association of companies engaged in building construction. Building construction companies operating in the area can become members of Talonrakennusteollisuus ry through the Eastern Finland District Association.
