Small house industry PTT ry is responsible for the activities of the small house industry division of Rakennustuoteollisuus RTT.
Small house industry PTT is an association of leading Finnish wood, log and stone house manufacturers, whose goal is to promote small house construction and living. PTT is an active expert in the small house market. PTT acts as a trustee of its member companies, a developer of operating conditions and a discussion forum.
Member service and promotion of small house construction
PTT strives to influence construction legislation and regulations to make it easier to build single-family houses. Among other things, the goal is to promote zoning and remove obstacles to the construction of small houses.
PTT conducts research and market reviews, develops professional expertise in the field, informs about current issues and events in the field, and organizes seminars and other events in the field.
In addition to house manufacturers, PTT's partner members include companies that deliver, for example, building materials, building technology and furniture to small houses.
