I implement the district activities of Eastern Finland under the guidance of the active district board. I am responsible for the district's finances, information and member advice. I act as a representative and trustee of organized construction companies. There was a lot of construction at my home on the farm, and I learned to appreciate builders early on. I was fascinated by the practical field, where you get to lead challenging projects.

As a CEO, I get to do really versatile jobs. I help members with all possible issues and questions, if they are related to the infrastructure sector at all. Influencing decision-makers at the municipal and national level is also an essential part of my work. In Raksa, I was in the summer dune for the first time when I was 17 years old. I became interested in the civil engineering field in 2014, when I started working in a project of the Civil Engineering Advisory Board (MANK ry). We are on that road. The infrastructure industry is the dream of every child and child-minded person: big machines and big pits!

As a lawyer in the HVAC industry, I strive to provide our member companies with the best possible member service both in terms of labor relations and general legal matters. I am also involved in RT's responsibility, labor market, legislation and contractual terms teams. I come from a family of entrepreneurs in the construction industry and before joining the union I was employed by a large construction group for almost 20 years. With this, you wouldn't even be able to choose that other field.
