Talotekninen teollisuus ja kauppa ry is an economic political cooperation organization whose members are the most significant manufacturers of building technology equipment operating in Finland and HVAC wholesale companies. There are a total of more than 50 companies as members.
Talteka brings together industry players and strives to improve the operating environment of its member companies by taking a stand and influencing industrial, economic, product, energy, environmental and educational political issues related to the industry.
The core of Talteka's operations is summed up in the association's slogan: "wellbeing indoors in a sustainable world" - a good and healthy indoor environment can be realized in an energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable way. The association aims to act as a discussion forum for member companies and industry stakeholders and to increase general awareness of building technology and a good indoor environment.
Talteka owns LVI-Numero Oy, which in turn manages the HVAC product information register LVI-INFO. The information register already contains both technical and commercial information about 165 active products, which are maintained by the manufacturers and importers of the products.
