Finland's largest Raksa TET week will be held in the autumn

Finland's largest Raksa TET week will be held together with the Children and Youth Foundation, GRK, Jatke, YIT, the Finnish Construction Industry Federation, Lambertsson and WSP Finland from 29.9 September to 3.10.2025 October 50. Raksa-TET can accommodate XNUMX young people.

During the Raksa TET week, young people will get to see and experience the construction industry in a variety of ways: from the design desk to construction sites, not forgetting the cranes!

The TET week begins and ends in Helsinki. The young people will complete a planned schedule and will be provided with lunches and bus transportation to the participating construction companies' premises and construction sites. At the beginning of the TET week, the young people will also receive appropriate occupational safety orientation..

There is room for 50 young people and there is still time to apply. Tell the young person about the opportunity to participate in the Raksa TET week.

Arrange a TET internship in your own company or on a construction site in the fall.

We encourage all our member companies to take on young people for TET internships in the fall.

Work experience periods are organised in all comprehensive schools' lower secondary schools, usually in grades 8 and 9. The periods are focused on the autumn and last 1–2 weeks. The young person is insured by the school during the period, and is not paid a salary for the period. The aim is to support the young person in matters related to career choice and further education.

TETtiläinen brings new opportunities to the company. It is important for the entire construction industry to be involved in TET activities. Many other fields are competing for the young talents of the future.

“There is a lot of space on the construction site between the turnstile and productive work, where young people can slip in. It is important for young people to see everyday life on the construction site and get to know different jobs and professions,” encourages the project manager responsible for attraction work. Janne Suntio.
