Teams remote meeting
Finland to be carbon neutral by 2035 - what does it require from the built environment?
We have updated the construction industry's low-carbon road map based on the previous road map we published four years ago. The road map determines the means to effectively reduce emissions in the built environment and promotes the achievement of Finland's goal of carbon neutrality.
In the updated low-carbon road map, we have found out what measures have already been taken in the field, what are planned and what kind of effects they will have on biodiversity, for example, in addition to emissions. We have also described what the necessary emission reduction paths will be in the future and made updated calculations of the carbon footprint of the built environment with the latest figures.
Welcome to the hearing!
