The measures to increase the long-term sustainability of the Transport 12 plan are to strengthen the binding nature of the plan and allocate sufficient financial resources to implement the plan. The significance of the program as a whole is emphasized by the fact that transport accessibility is simultaneously a transport, economic, regional and security policy for Finland.
