Tarja Julmala has started as an assistant to the management of the Finnish Building Industry Association at the beginning of August. She will work together with Mari Wuore, who currently holds the position and will retire at the beginning of September.
Tarja is a HSO secretary by training. She has worked for a long time as an assistant to the CEO and management at the Finnish Food Industries Federation (ETL). “The building construction industry feels like a natural continuation of my career: the built environment is visible and has a concrete impact on our everyday lives. I am motivated by the idea of supporting a socially significant industry that creates the framework for our everyday lives,” says Tarja Julmala. “We would like to warmly welcome Tarja to Talo. It is great to have a competent and really nice professional with experience in both the job and working in the industry federation,” says TRT’s CEO Kirsi Palviainen.
RT's communications team will start on September 1st as a replacement for the communications coordinator on family leave. Janita RenkoHe graduated with a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Turku in 2024. After that, he worked in YIT's corporate communications for 1,5 years, first as a communications intern and for the last year as a communications specialist.
