Mia Toivanen, Ph.D. in Administrative Sciences, has been appointed program director of the KIRA growth program for a three-year fixed-term employment relationship starting on January 1.1.2023, XNUMX. Toivanen moves to the position of program director from Owal Group Oy, where as a partner he was responsible for the support and evaluations of development projects in the real estate and construction industry.
Last year, the operators of the Real Estate and Construction Forum (KIRA Forum) drew up a joint value promise and the KIRA growth program based on it, the aim of which is to speed up the development of the industry in terms of green transition, production efficiency and value creation that permeates the entire life cycle. The program has been created as a road map for development and as a basis for all operators in the field.

As program director of the KIRA growth program, Toivanen will be responsible for the entire growth program and the promotion of its goals.
