We are looking for a regional manager for a permanent employment relationship at Talonrakennusteollisuus ry's Southwest Finland regional office in Turku. The regional manager is responsible for the regional operations of two provinces, Varsinais-Suomen and Satakunta.
The current regional manager is retiring in the early fall of 2021. The work will begin at a separately agreed time in the spring.
You are the person we are looking for, if
- you have a technical or other education suitable for the position
- you have construction business experience and know their operations
- you have good oral and written presentation skills
- you are adaptable, proactive and in control of the whole
- you are able to participate in managing social relations.
In your position, you will work in close interaction
with the production and other management of member companies and various stakeholders.
Employment matters and other member services are an essential part of your job. Previous experience in association and organization activities is considered an advantage for handling tasks.
Activities in the regional organization of the building construction industry offer a vantage point for the construction industry and a varied and developing task field.
