The annual Fire safety and standardization seminar will be held on February 4 at Kalastajatorpa in Helsinki.
The seminar offers a current overview of changes in fire regulations and fire standardization. In addition to overviews of the situation in European standardization, the seminar will discuss, among other things, the following issues:
- updates to building fire regulations
- reforming the Rescue Equipment Act
- proving the suitability of fire doors
- update of the smoke removal guide for buildings
- new fire design guidelines for steel structures
- penetrations and fire breaks
- results of hearth and chimney testing projects
The 2020 fire safety and standardization seminar will be held at Kalastajatorpa in Helsinki on Tuesday, February 4 from 9 am to 16 pm.
