In the open and free lean construction online course, you will find basic information on lean construction in a compact package. It gives construction industry professionals good ideas for lean working both on the design table and on the construction site. The online course was developed by LCI Finland together with lean experts and companies and organizations in the construction industry.
The Lean construction online course offers easy-to-understand and applicable lean learning in construction practice. The course is video-focused and includes practice tasks. The course covers, among other things, the basics of lean and value generation, lean management, the use of Last Planner in planning and construction, pace production, and hears about practical experiences in various lean projects.
The course is offered by LCI Finland. The content is implemented by lean construction experts from Mittaviiva Oy, Vison Oy and 5D Flow Oy. AE Partners has been responsible for the technical implementation in cooperation with the platform supplier Kiinko.
