The sustainable low-carbon construction training gathered a wide audience. The recordings of the webinar trainings and other presentation materials have now been published and are available for everyone to use.
The training series designed for members and stakeholders of the Construction Industry RT included the following parts:
- The concept in hand
- Standardization and legislation and voluntary measures
- Effects on industries presentation events:
- house construction
- infrastructure construction
- building products industry

Hundreds of listeners participated in the different parts of the training, and in the feedback received, it was hoped to implement a similar webinar series on other current topics as well. The regional manager of Talonrakennusteollisuus ry, who came up with the idea for the training Jukka Lempiäinen was very satisfied with the whole achieved now and also accepted the challenge of the continuation.
"This was an excellent, up-to-date training series that definitely met the needs of our members and various stakeholders, with which RT created good expert leadership. Many thanks to everyone who participated in its preparations and successful implementation. This is a good starting point for planning further training, which is clearly needed," Lempiäinen says.
The training was carried out during spring 2022. It was organized by Talonrakennusteollisuus ry, Rakennustuoteollisuus RTT ry and INFRA ry together with the Construction Industry Training Center RATEKO.
