The construction industry RT has issued statements on reforming the financing models of both universities and universities of applied sciences.
The funding models concern the state's annual distribution of funds between higher education institutions.
The most important changes are:
- A first-time experience that improves targeting of education to more and more students.
- Emphasizing improving the passing of studies.
- Applying for external funding will be encouraged even more, for example the funding model will reward more for funding from companies than at present.
