At Work

In the RT community, I am responsible for labor market operations, promoting the attractiveness of the industry, development projects for working life, and the development of employee relations services for member companies together with RT's industry experts. I lead the labor market team/group and I am responsible for the preparation of the issues in my area of ​​responsibility that will be considered by RT's labor market committee and the board and for moving the policies forward.

At the Site

When I was young, I worked for one summer in a construction company in Lappeenranta. Of the tasks, I remembered the casting of the concrete floor of the industrial hall the most. It was tough, but fun work, and the co-workers were supportive and nice at all sites. I'm not skilled with my hands, but I often try to do small home repairs and renovations myself. In recent years, even in the most demanding projects, I have learned to turn to competent professionals without delay.

In my free time

I play tennis, golf and other ball games with varying degrees of success. I also enjoy bench sports and read and listen to books from classics to modern fiction and non-fiction. Hanging out with family, music, arts and good food are also important elements of a good life for me.
