At Work

I am responsible for top-level public affairs for CFCI and I advocate the business of the sector. I lead the management team of the CFCI union community and the joint operational activities. Additionally, I am responsible for other duties of CFCI CEO, such as preparing matters to be discussed by CFCI Board of Directors and implementing them.

I am also a member of the steering group of the Confederation of Finnish Industries union (EK) community and its working committee.

At the Site

I come from a family of entrepreneurs in the construction sector, so I have been able to see what the job is like from a very young age just by sitting at the dinner table. In my role as Mayor of Turku, I was also able to participate in many construction-related matters, both in infrastructure and building construction.

In my free time

I enjoy spending my free time outdoors hunting, cycling and skiing, if possible. I spend time with my family at our vacation home and we also regularly attend cultural events.
