To become a member of the building industry

Member companies receive expert advice and services from the association both in employment and contractual matters as well as in legal matters. Six regional offices manage local member service, advocacy and joint industry development projects. The regional offices represent nine district associations.

Instructions, rules and membership fee

The boards of regional districts of the building industry approve companies for membership. Upon becoming a member, member companies undertake to comply with the industry's collective agreements and the rules of the organizations, as well as the decisions, instructions and regulations made within the framework of the rules. In the first year of membership, the membership fee is paid only for the months in which you have belonged to the association.

A company applying for membership of Talonrakennusteollisuus ry must be a construction company that has been active in the building construction industry for at least 1–3 years.

All member companies of Talonrakennusteollisuus ry are also members of Rakennusteollisuus RT and Elinkeinoelämän keskusliitto EK through their industry association.
