RT ranked among the Most Inspiring Workplaces

The results of the personnel survey of the entire RT union community have clearly improved since the previous survey, conducted three years ago. There has been a tremendous development in management and operating culture in particular. The biggest change is in the willingness to recommend: up to 96 percent of personnel would recommend RT as an employer.

As you can see in the picture, RT deservedly received the Most Inspiring Workplaces in Finland award based on the results. The picture was taken at the staff RT Day in Suomenlinna in early June.

In a personnel survey conducted by Eezy Flow, RT's overall performance rating, the so-called PeoplePower index, rose by as much as eight index points to 77,1 points. The result represents a good AA level and exceeds the level of the comparison group of people working in expert positions, which is 73,1.

Based on the results, the entire RT received the Most Inspiring Workplaces in Finland award in the small organizations category. The award reflects the high dedication of the personnel and the long-term and inclusive development of the organization's operations. The award is awarded annually to those organizations that participated in the Eezy Flow PeoplePower® survey and whose personnel survey results have been exceptionally good.

There is an overall positive development in all areas of research. In particular, the leadership and performance indices have risen to an excellent level.

RT's staff is very dedicated to their work

Dedication to work is also strong at RT. Dedication is particularly evident in the experiences of how useful one's role is in the organization, how well one is committed to the team and working together, and that the organization's values and goals are worth pursuing. Dedication is also indicated by the willingness to recommend RT as an employer.

“Dedicated people always do a little more,” says the leader. Johanna Lehmus Eezy Flowsta illustrates the importance of dedication.

The eNPS (Employee Net & Promoter Score), which measures the willingness to recommend and commitment of employees, was a whopping 69. According to Lehmus, this is a very rare number. In the previous study, the eNPS was 39, which also represents a good level.

Although the construction industry has been exceptionally demanding in recent years and everyone has been on a roll, it has not had a negative impact on RT's personnel experience.

"Hard times also bring us together, and we weren't hired here for easy tasks," RT CEO Aleksi Randell stated when the results were discussed at the staff day.
