In 2025, the infrastructure sector competed in the Uusimaa occupational safety competition in both the company and construction site categories. Both competitions were very tight and the differences in the top positions were small.
The winners of the competitions were announced and awarded on May 5 at the MVR calibration event organized during the Construction Industry Safety Awareness Week at the Vantaa Tram construction site.
"In 2025, high-level competition was achieved, with small differences between both companies and construction sites," Jukka Hietavirta from the Licensing and Supervision Agency (formerly AVI) commented.

Business series
1. Destia Oy (round prize winner) MVR 96,42%
2. SRV Infra Oy MVR 96,23%
3. GRK Finland Ltd MVR 94,35%
Construction site series
1. Destia Oy, Vantaa Tram (west) MVR 97,39%
2. SRV Infra Oy, HSY Engelinpuisto joint-venture pumping station MVR 96,23%
3. Destia Oy, Espoo city line AU3 MVR 95,45%
