In the construction industry, negotiation results have been achieved in collective bargaining negotiations for both white-collar and blue-collar workers.
The Construction Industry Federation RT and the Trade Union Pro reached a general agreement on collective bargaining agreements for salaried employees in the construction industry and the building materials and concrete industry on 29.4.2025 April XNUMX.
In the collective bargaining negotiations between employees, the Construction Industry RT and the Finnish Construction Federation reached a negotiation result on 6.5.2025 May XNUMX. The negotiation result is in line with the general cost impact. The strike in the HVAC sector in the Uusimaa region announced for the end of the week is cancelled.
The negotiation results apply to all collective bargaining areas in the construction industry. The collective bargaining agreements are universally binding.
The results will still be processed by the administrations of the parties. Once the results have been approved, all sectors of the Finnish Construction Industry Federation will inform their own members in more detail about the details of the sector-specific agreements.
