The results of the negotiations concerning construction workers and salaried employees have been approved by the administrations of the Construction Industry Federation (RT) and its industry associations, as well as the Finnish Construction Federation and Pro. The TES solutions are in line with the general policy.

Employee contracts
The new collective bargaining agreements for employees are valid from March 1.3.2025, 29.2.2028 to February XNUMX, XNUMX, with the last year of the agreement period being subject to termination.
Salaries will be increased by a general increase of 2,5% from the beginning of the salary payment period starting on or after September 1.9.2025, 2,9, and by a general increase of 1.6.2026% from the beginning of the salary payment period starting on or after June 1.6.2027, 2,4, and by a general increase of XNUMX% from the beginning of the salary payment period starting on or after June XNUMX, XNUMX.
Contract pricing, monetary bonuses and compensation paid to employee representatives will be increased accordingly during the contract period.
The approved collective bargaining agreements for employees concern eight collective bargaining sectors: construction, civil engineering, building products, HVAC, asphalt, waterproofing, painting and flooring.
White-collar contracts
The collective agreements for salaried employees in the construction sector and the building materials and concrete industry are also valid for three years, from 1.5.2025 May 30.4.2028 to 30.4.2027 April XNUMX. They can be terminated by the parties until XNUMX April XNUMX.
Salaries for salaried employees will be increased during the contract period as follows:
- With a 2,0% increase distributed to all salaried employees no later than 1.10.2025 October 0,5 or from the beginning of the salary payment period beginning as soon as possible thereafter. In addition, salaries will be increased by a 0,3% company-specific tranche in a manner to be agreed locally. If no agreement is reached on the distribution of the company-specific tranche, 0,2% of the tranche will be distributed as a general increase to all salaried employees and the employer will decide on the distribution of the XNUMX% share.
- With a 2,2% increase distributed to all salaried employees no later than 1.9.2026 October 0,7 or from the beginning of the salary payment period beginning as soon as possible thereafter. In addition, salaries will be increased by a 0,4% company-specific tranche in a manner to be agreed locally. If no agreement is reached on the distribution of the company-specific tranche, 0,3% of the tranche will be distributed as a general increase to all salaried employees and the employer will decide on the distribution of the XNUMX% share.
- With a 2,0% increase distributed to all salaried employees no later than 1.8.2027 October 0,4 or from the beginning of the salary payment period beginning as soon as possible thereafter. In addition, salaries will be increased by a 0,2% company-specific tranche in a manner to be agreed locally. If no agreement is reached on the distribution of the company-specific tranche, 0,2% of the tranche will be distributed as a general increase to all salaried employees and the employer will decide on the distribution of the XNUMX% share.
