Principles of interest monitoring

At Rakennusteollisuus RT, we promote the profitability and long-term business of our member companies by means of economic and labor market political interest monitoring. We improve the functionality and quality of the built environment by taking society's needs into account and promoting sustainable construction.

The purpose and basic task of RT is to act as the central organization of companies operating in the construction industry and their industry associations in influencing and protecting the interests of the entire construction industry in terms of society and business policy.

RT is registered in the Finnish State Transparency Register and the European Commission Transparency Register, which aim to increase the transparency of advocacy and lobbying. RT is represented on the Advisory Board of the Transparency Register Act.
