The aim of the Transport System Plan, and especially the parliamentary preparation, has been to increase the long-term sustainability of transport policy. Progress has been made in this regard, but the full potential of the Transport System Plan has not yet been realised. We still do not have sufficient consensus on Finland's long-term logistical vision.
