The sale of housing shares is regulated in the Housing Trade Act. This is a consumer protection law. In the sale of a new apartment, the consumer has at least the rights defined by law, and they cannot be validly agreed otherwise.
The Housing Act has the so-called In addition to the RS protection regulations (Chapter 2 of the Act), the regulations, e.g.
- on the right of shareholders to choose an observer of the construction work
- about organizing the annual inspection
- the seller's responsibility in error situations concerning the sale of a new apartment.
