At Work

As executive director of Finnisol ry, I am responsible for the day-to-day running and development of the association's activities and the monitoring of interests of mineral wool manufacturers. Through RTT, the construction product industry, I participate in the joint influence work of the entire insulation industry.

I am a strongly solution-oriented problem solver, who does not run out of ideas and is not intimidated by even complex puzzles. A versatile project background in different roles and comprehensive experience in contributing to the beginning of innovation and development projects, implementing and implementing them, guarantees that it will not easily occur to you that something is too difficult to solve. A strong belief in people and the desire to contribute to the journey to a better tomorrow give a good reason to trust that "together we are more". As long as we dare to roll up our sleeves and hit the clay with our hands.

At the Site

I was also drawn to the construction industry by the opportunity to make a truly tangible impact. Having worked as an installation manager for electrical works around the world, Vaari's technical background and work history (along with that ringing Casio calculator) had already aroused interest in the technical field at an early stage. The young man's path to the world of teekkari took me to the graduate engineering education in the built environment at the Tampere University of Technology. The studies of structural engineering and renovation construction offered a strong knowledge base for a later career.

In my career, raksas have become familiar with monitoring and guiding the rise of structures according to their own plans to the crest height. At an early stage, the responsibility for carrying out the structural planning of the projects was suitable for increasing competence and emphasizing the importance of effective cooperation in achieving the final result of the construction. In addition to new construction, projects have accumulated in a wide range of areas, including renovation construction, moisture damage repairs, industrial changes and building inspection activities.

In my free time

As a father of four children, there have been almost no challenges in filling free time. In addition to tinkering with the children, I like to spend my free time outdoors jogging, orienteering, mountain biking and skiing.

An innovative project engineer can't run out of projects, so when inspiration strikes, you can tinker or fix anything at any time during your "free time". Just because it's nice to get things done with your own hands.
