At Work

The purpose of my attraction activities is to improve the employer image of the construction industry, promote the industry's recognition, share information about the industry's professions and training opportunities, and encourage young people to apply for secondary and higher education in the construction industry. The goal of my work is for the field to be known as an interesting and engaging professional field and for the number of applicants to the field to increase.
