At Work

In my daily work, I work for two organizations: Construction Industry Training Center RATEKO and RT's subsidiary Suomen Rakennusmedia Oy. In addition, I am part of RT's training and competence team as vice-chairman and am also responsible for the Federation's Vetovoima operation. I belong to RT's management team.

At the Site

I graduated as a construction architect in 1988, and already during and after my studies I have been able to work in versatile tasks in the construction industry as my profession. Following the principle of continuous learning, I have also completed a lot of other qualifications and degrees, and of course worked in other fields as well. However, the construction industry has always been close to my heart, because people in the construction industry are relaxed, lively and fair. Expertise in the field has also been personally beneficial, e.g. in the design and implementation of your own summer cottage and detached house.

In my free time

In my spare time, I walk our white shepherd dog and easily accumulate fifty kilometers a week. Camping and moving around in nature help a lot to recover even from busy work. Some kind of knitting has also hit, so far still mild, but something small needs to be done at hand. Baking is also my hobby, and when I get the whole family around the same table, I take care of the delicacies.
