Processing of personal data in Rakennusteollisuus RT ry's extranet member ID register: Information on personal data processing in accordance with Article 2016 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 679/14

Purpose and basis of personal data processing	The personal data in the register is used: for creating user IDs for RT's extranet site The processing of personal data in the register is based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Article 6, paragraph 1, subparagraph f (legitimate interest of the controller). The legitimate interest consists of performing the task described above. Those registered are persons who are employees of RT's member companies or employees of RT and its industry associations.
4. Groups of registrants and information contained in the register	The register contains contact information for the employees of RT's member companies and the contact persons of RT's own employees and its industry associations. The register deals with personal data necessary for the purposes defined in section 4. Such are in particular: – first and last name – email address – company – company ID number (for checking membership)
5. Regular sources of information	The information in RT's extranet member ID register is obtained from the registrants themselves.
6. Regular transfers of information	RT does not pass on the information of the extranet member ID register.
7. Data transfer outside the EU or EEA	Personal data in the register will not be transferred outside the EU or EEA
8. Data storage	The personal information in the register is checked regularly, as a rule annually. Unnecessary information is deleted and incorrect information is corrected.
9. Right of inspection	The registered person has the right to know what information about him is processed in the register. The registered person can request to check their information from the contact person specified in section 2 of the statement.
10. The right to demand correction of information and the right to request deletion of information or restriction of processing	The registered person can ask the contact persons specified in point 2 to have their personal information corrected or supplemented. In the situations specified in the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the registered person has the right to request the deletion of information about him or the restriction of data processing.
11. The right to object to the processing of personal data	According to the EU's General Data Protection Regulation, the data subject has the right to object to the processing of personal data on grounds related to his personal special situation.
12. Right to do complaint to the data protection commissioner	According to the EU's General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act, the data subject has the right to file a complaint with the data protection commissioner about the processing of personal data described in the statement
